Nothing makes me feel happier than making you ROFL on chat. :-)

I'm sorry that you're on bed rest, and stupid Shape magazine showed up at the room time, but I know you'll be fine if you just hang in there.

Also, for the non-mom population: What's PIH?

Kate (Bee In The Bonnet)

Oh, no! I'm a little worried (though my doc seems unconcerned) that for me, my BP has been trending higher and higher with each appointment. I usually have ridiculously low BP (less than 100/70 most of the time), so that it is higher is not a *huge* deal, except that it doesn't seem to be stopping. My first reading at my last appointment was 132/89, and they then rechecked it a few minutes later and it was 126/80. Not ridiculously high or anything, but high for me, and the highest I've ever had when I wasn't in the midst of a full-blown panic attack.

Anyhow, sorry for being on bedrest, but I hope it does the trick to get you to 37 weeks.

And yes, I routinely get pissed at my Runner's World subscription for having the audacity to show up on my doorstep each month when they should KNOW that I am pregnant and unable to run right now. Jerks! (ha, ha, ha...)

Good grief. You don't like to do anything easy do you. Hope bed rest helps and your blood pressure comes down.
Baths with Epsom salts are also good for helping keep the blood pressure down.
Sending you lots of love and hugs!

Sorry to hear that you;re on bedrest. I was put in bedrest for possible preeclampsia at 34 weeks. The bedrest was long and boring but I made it to 39w4d. I highly reccommend netflixing burn notice- it kept me occupied for a good solid week.

Good luck!

Kristi

Happy Blogooversary and I hope you feel better.

I've already read your update on this, so I'm glad that things are doing a bit better in that area.
